Where are you located?
- I am a home business located in Cannington, WA
Where is pick up?
- Pick up is at Cannington, WA. (5 minutes from Carousel Shopping Centre)
Do you ship to other states of Australia?
- No. Our products are made fresh and contains fresh strawberries and will go off if ever these are shipped. We are however looking in to making dip kits soon which we will be able to ship.
Can I pay cash on pick up?
- Unfortunately to secure your order we will need a payment. Your payment will secure your order. A query or a message without payment will remain a query without payment.
Can I reschedule my pick up?
- Please give me a message in these circumstances. If the order has been made which it usually is the night before pick up we can't reschedule. However, if the order is a few days away we can definitely reschedule and make changes to your order.
How long can I keep my strawberries in the fridge for?
- As much as possible we strive for freshness. So the order is made usually a few hours before pick up (max is the night before). Please consume strawberries within the first 24 hours. Any time after that we will not be able to assure freshness or the strawberries being in prime condition.
Can I return the order if I am not satisfied with it?
- You sure can! Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Take a picture and a short reason to why you are not satisfied with it. This will allow us to continuously improve our services and at the same give you a store credit. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
